Integrative Psychotherapy

Integrative Psychotherapy

If you feel stuck in patterns you cannot break, overwhelmed, or like you have insight but nothing is actually changing, therapy can help you move beyond understanding and into real, lasting change.

Laura offers integrative, trauma-focused psychotherapy that supports both mind and body. Her work draws from psychodynamic, somatic, experiential, Internal Family Systems (parts work), and Pain Reprocessing Therapy to tailor each session to the individual. This approach moves beyond surface-level strategies, helping clients access deeper insight, emotional processing, and real change.

She works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelm, attachment trauma, and relationship challenges. Laura is known for her intuitive attunement and her ability to help clients connect with emotions and patterns that feel just out of reach, while also being direct and honest in addressing what may be keeping them stuck.

Her practice is holistic and may include hypnotherapy, the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and equine-assisted psychotherapy. Laura also offers psychedelic preparation and integration for psilocybin, ayahuasca, and ketamine, supporting clients in approaching these experiences safely and integrating insights into lasting transformation.

Laura is neurodivergent affirming, a 2SLGBTQIA+ ally, and committed to providing a trauma-informed, inclusive space where clients feel respected and understood.

If you are ready to move beyond coping and into deeper healing and self-understanding, this work offers a grounded and transformative path forward.
