Led by Laura Lockhart, a registered psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, this group offers a safe and supportive space to address unresolved emotional wounds, calm anxiety, and foster lasting emotional resilience.

Whether you’ve experienced trauma neglect or just need to reconnect with a younger, more vulnerable version of yourself, this therapy group will help you:

What to Expect:

In this group, you will be guided through a variety of healing practices and therapeutic modalities, including:

  • Somatic Techniques: Learn body-based approaches to release stored trauma and anxiety. Through mindfulness and breath-work, you'll become more aware of how your body holds stress, and how to let go.

  • Mindfulness Practices: Learn to quiet the inner critic and embrace the present moment, offering your inner child the safety and comfort they need to heal.

  • Group Support: Engage in shared group experiences, offering a sense of community, connection, and validation. You’ll benefit from hearing others' experiences, knowing that you are not alone on this journey.

  • Duration: 4 weekly sessions

  • Date: Tuesday’s from January 20th - February 10h, 2026

  • Time: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

  • Mode: Online

  • Group Size: Small, intimate group.

  • Cost: $260 for all four sessions.

    Psychotherapy groups are eligible for insurance coverage. I encourage you to check with your insurance provider to confirm your specific coverage.

  • Cancellation Policy: A 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to the full session fee.
