Join Laura Lockhart, Registered Psychotherapist, for a Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) group listening experience—an evidence-based, polyvagal-informed program designed to gently support nervous system regulation, reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance emotional resilience.

This small, supportive group provides a safe and nurturing environment where participants can experience the benefits of SSP in a community setting. Guided by Laura’s compassionate presence and trauma-focused approach, you’ll explore ways to:

  • Reconnect with a sense of safety in your body

  • Ease symptoms of anxiety, stress, and overwhelm

  • Improve emotional regulation and social engagement

  • Strengthen resilience and inner calm

Laura integrates her background in somatic psychotherapy, trauma work, and nervous system regulation to create a grounded and inclusive space. She is neurodivergent affirming, a 2SLGBTQIA+ ally, and deeply committed to trauma-informed care.

Whether you’re new to the Safe and Sound Protocol or seeking to deepen your healing journey, this group provides a gentle, structured way to tune into your body’s natural capacity for balance and connection.
